- We usually make it vegan, but any other type of milk works as well

- 8"x8" casserole dish
- Oven
Ingredients
- Oats, 2 cups
- Cinnamon, 1 tsp
- Baking Powder, 1 tsp
- Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp
- Soy milk, 2 cups
- Applesauce, 1/2 cup
- Syrup, 1/4 cup
- Coconut oil, 1 Tbsp
- Vanilla, 1 tsp
- Diced Apple, 1 cup
- Usually a little less than 1 large apple
- Raisins, 1/2 cup
Cooking
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix all dry ingredients in the 8"x8" pan
- Add all wet ingredients, mix
- Bake 40 minutes
Notes & Tips
- Any type of milk works, plant based or cow milk
- Any type of apple should work, but will change the taste accordingly
- Can add 1-2 scoops of unflavored protein powder to make higher protein
