- Refrigerator
Ingredients
- Dried figs, stemmed, 1.5 cups
- Pitted dates, 1 cup
- Old Fashioned Oats, 1.5 cups
- Smooth unsalted almond butter, 3 Tbsp
- Ground flaxseed, 2 tsp
- Orange juice, 1 Tbsp
- Vanilla, 1 Tbsp
- Cinnamon, 3/4 tsp
- Salt, 3/4 tsp
Cooking
- Soak figs and dates in hot water 20-30 minutes
- Pulse dates and fig
- Add remaining ingredients, mix
- Scoop 1.5 Tbsp portions
- Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet
- Cover & Regrigerate at least 1 hour
