  1. Soak figs and dates in hot water 20-30 minutes
  2. Pulse dates and fig
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix
  4. Scoop 1.5 Tbsp portions
  5. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet
  6. Cover & Regrigerate at least 1 hour
