- Spinach, 3 packed cups
- Frozen mango, 1 cup
- Orange, 1 peeled
- Banan slices (fresh or frozen), 1 cup
- Cucumber, chunks, 1 cup
- Protein powder, unflavored, 1-2 tablespoons
- Our preferred protein powder: Sun Warrior Unflavored
- Hemp seeds, 2 Tbsp
- Water, 1 cup
Cooking
- Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth

- Can use kale instead of spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks can be substituted for the orange
