  1. Place lentils and water in large sauce pan
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cover
  3. Cook lentil until water is absorbed, about 20 minutes
  4. Let lentils cool for 30 minutes
  5. Add lentils and all other ingredients to food processor, puree until smooth
  6. Enjoy now or let thicken in the refrigerator first
