- 9"x13" casserole dish
- Oven
Ingredients
- Oats, 4 cups
- Coconut Sugar, 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon, 1 tsp
- Baking Powder, 1 tsp
- Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Soy milk, 2 1/3 cups
- Syrup, 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice, 1 Tbsp
- Lemon zest, 2 tsp
- Blueberries, 1 1/2 cups
- Also works well with raspberries
Cooking
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix all dry ingredients in the pan
- Add all wet ingredients, mix
- Bake 30 minutes
Notes & Tips
- Any type of milk works, plant based or cow milk
- Any type of apple should work, but will change the taste accordingly
- Can add 1-2 scoops of unflavored protein powder to make higher protein
