- Large pot
Ingredients
- Group 1
- Vegetable broth, 6 cups
- Dry green Lentils, 1 cup
- Millet, 1/4 cup
- Onion, diced, 1 medium
- Celery, 1 stalk diced
- Carrot, 1 peeled and diced
- Garlic, 4 cloves minced
- Coriander, 2 tsp
- Cumin, 2 tsp
- Tumeric, 1/2 tsp
- Sage, 1/4 tsp
- Group 2
- Yellow miso paste, 1 Tbsp
- Collard greens, 7-8 pieces sliced
- Salt, 1 tsp
Cooking
- Add all Group 1 ingredients to the pot, bring to a boil
- Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes
- Add all Group 2 ingredients, stir
- Let simmer for 5 more minutes
